Prior to initiating a search, Karica spends approximately (60) hours on research. Our team covers the details of the role and the competitive landscape, so as to fully understand our clients needs.

Karica employs a direct recruitment model, in concurrence with leveraging recruitment databases, job postings and referrals. Karica meets all Candidates, tests when necessary and performs inept exhaustive interviews.

An effective and resourceful leader with 15 years of experience building and leading talent acquisition teams to deliver timely recruitment solutions during periods of growth and change. Timothy draws upon his background in planning and strategy to crystallize ideas and communicate results to stakeholders. He has a strong comprehension of recruitment, human resources, finance, client engagement and staff management. Timothy earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Specialist in Management and Economics) from the University of Toronto.
